- Inner chamber made of Stainless steel SS 304 grade and
- Outer Chamber Mild steel duly powder coated surface/Stainless Steel SS 304 (GMP models)
- In between Inner and Outer walls PUF insulation about 3” provided to minimize the loss of temperature & Humidity.
- Full View Inner Toughened Glass Door & Main Door fitted with Magnetic Gasket and Lock.
- Temperature Range :
- Above Ambient : 5°C above ambient to 50°C.
- Below Ambient : 5°C to 50°C
- Control Accuracy : ± 0.5°C
- Humidity Range :
- Above Ambient : 5% above ambient to 95% RH
- Below Ambient : 35% to 95% RH
- Control Accuracy : ± 2% RH
- Temperature & Humidity are controlled by mP based Auto tune PID controller having dual display of SET and PROCESS values.
- Heating by the aid of U shape SS tubular heater for efficient Heating.
- Humidification by the aid of Steam Injection System (Non condensing type )
- Reservoir Tank with Water level arrangement with indicator.
- Low Water level cut off switch with indicator provided to maintain the sufficient
- Water level and also to protect the Boiler heater from accidental heating.
- Power supply 220-230 Volts AC single phase.
Optional: PC connectivity with Software 21 CFR compliance
