Vertical models
  • Double walled Construction.
  • Inner chamber made of Stainless Steel SS 304 (22swg) grade
  • Outer chamber made of Mild steel sheet steel duly powder coated surface.
  • In between Inner and Outer walls high density PUF insulation (50 mm)
  • Provided to minimize the heat infiltration.
Refrigeration system
  • Consists of hermetically sealed compressor using CFC free gas, condenser, air cooled by a separate heavy duty motor driven fan fitted at the bottom side of the unit.
  • Evaporator coil evenly placed outer side of Inner working chamber. which brings down the temperature.
  • Temperature is controlled by Microprocessor based Digital Temperature
  • Controller with sensor. with audio visual alarm.
  • In vertical models Inner View door made of Acrylic to see the samples kept
  • Double Door is fitted with magnetic gasket and lock.
  • Inner working chamber is separated into no. of chambers by perforated stainless Steel plate. (in vertical models)
  • The Voltage stabilizer will be supplied along with the unit to protect the Compressor, from voltage fluctuation.
  • The unit is also fitted with caster wheels for ease of movement.
  • Power supply 220-230 Volts AC Single phase.
