The outer chamber of the furnace is made of mild steel finished with Powder Coating.
The inner chamber of the Furnace is an Alumina Tube. The gap between the outer and the inner chamber is insulated with a thick layer of High Density Fiber Wool insulation.
The Heating is means of imported Kanthal ‘A1’ Heating Element wound in form of a coil, provided all around the Tube.
The terminal connections of the furnace are provided in a separate chamber at the backside of the furnace for easy maintenance.
The control Panel consists of a Digital Temperature Indicating Controller with a Cr/Al Thermocouple for automatic temperature control, On / Off switch, Indicating lamps and two meters of Three core cable with Molded Three pin plug for operation at 220 / 230 Volts, single phase, 50 Hz, AC mains
